Property and Office Coordinator

As the Property and Office Coordinator you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and vendors and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our building. You will thrive in this role if you have the ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and can manage a dynamic workflow and personalities at all levels of the organization and within our partnerships. First and lasting impressions matter to you and you take ownership of everyone having a positive experience on “your watch”.

In this role, you will be called on to:

Customer Service/Office Management:

  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Greet visitors, clients and vendors; provide excellent customer service
  • Accept and sort all deliveries and mail
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies - ordering and restocking as needed
  • Handle all general inquiries/requests from staff
  • Conduct supply runs and errands weekly
  • Perform light kitchen duties
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, copy machines, fax machines, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files

Building Management:

  • Handle routine property management duties and manage vendors relationships
  • Conduct daily review of conference rooms, building parameters, and shared working space to ensure proper arrangement of all equipment and secured space; troubleshoot as needed
  • Provide parking solutions for staff and guests as needed

Your background, knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years of experience in office management, property management or an administrative lead role.
  • Proficient with online research, basic computer applications - including Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
  • Possess a valid NC Driver's License.  You may be called upon to drive the company vehicles to various properties or run errands as needed.
